No, “decrypt” a hash of a message to get the original message.

Reason:

  • A hash of a message is a one way transmission function. If change the hash message, then automatically modified the original message.
  • The client receives the original message and hash value by using shared secret key.
  • If the hash value generated is similar to original message then the client decrypt the original message. It is impossible to handle all times.
