2) Notification time If exception events occure, then  manager should need to wait for half of the polling cycle on an average. If exception events occure, then Trapping immediately notify to the manager.
3) Robustness Robustness with respect to lost messages between the managing entity and the device, then a poll message or the response message is lost. Robustness with respect to lost messages between the managing entity and the device,  a trap message is lost, the managed device will not send another copy.
