26 =0 * 27 + 0 * 26 + 0 * 25 + 1 * 24 + 1 * 23 + 0 * 22 + 1 * 21 + 0 *20

     =  so left side solution is 00011010,

0.78125 * 2 = 1.5625  ,  1 

0.5625  * 2  = 1.125.  ,   1

0.125 *  2    = 0.25.    ,   0

0.25. * 2      = 0.5.     ,    0

0.5. * 2.       = 1.0.    ,     1                so,  right side solution is 11001 

Final Answer:  combine both sides 26.78125 =  00011010.11001
