The Tradition of Sharing

Help your friends and juniors by posting answers to the questions that you know. Also post questions that are not available.

To start with, Sr2Jr’s first step is to reduce the expenses related to education. To achieve this goal Sr2Jr organized the textbook’s question and answers. (Geography: estimate areas) Find the GPS locations for Atlanta, Georgia; Orlando, Florida; Savannah, Georgia; and Charlotte, North Carolina from www.gps-data-team.com/map/ and compute the estimated area enclosed by these four cities. (Hint: Use the formula in Programming Exercise 3.2 to compute the
distance between two cities. Divide the polygon into two triangles and use the formula in Programming Exercise 2.14 to compute the area of a triangle.)
