Programming Project 7 in Chapter 9 described a technique to emulate a
two-dimensional array with wrapper functions around a one-dimensional
array. If the indices of a desired entry in the two-dimensional array
were invalid (e.g., out of range), you were asked to print an error message and exit the program. Modify this program (or do it for the first time) to instead throw an ArrayOutOfRangeError exception if either the row or column indices are invalid. Your program should define the
ArrayOutOfRangeError exception class.
